Ian Anderson is an Advisor in the Regional and Sustainable Development Department of the Asian Development Bank in Manila. Prior to joining ADB, Mr. Anderson was Principal Advisor, Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) dealing with a range of development issues in Asia and the Pacific. Mr. Anderson has been a Senior Economist with the World Bank, head of the Australian aid program to the Philippines and, in the late 1970s, a member of the Australian Permanent Mission to UNCTAD. He is an economist by training. |
