Annex II contains the rules of origin of the Agreement. GSTP Participants are obliged to notify other Participants of their agencies and officials authorized to issue certificates of origin in order to obtain preferential treatment for their exports. The notifications are updated regularly by the diplomatic missions of GSTP Participants in Geneva through the GSTP Project.

To facilitate customs clearance of goods, notifications are available electronically to appropriate authorities in capitals.

Traders are invited to contact either the GSTP Project or diplomatic missions in cases requiring updating of information on certification of origin of eligible products.
