The dates of arrival and departure and flight numbers of Heads of State or Government and Heads of Delegation, as well as the names of accompanying entourages, should be communicated directly to the Protocol Service of the United Nations in Geneva and the Protocol Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Government of Brazil. This information should be forwarded before 7 June 2004 to:
