The UNCTAD XI National Committee has negotiated with the main hotels in São Paulo, in three categories, special rates for delegations participating in UNCTAD XI.

The list of the selected hotels can be found in Annex I and the form for hotel reservations in Annex II; delegations are requested to indicate three hotels according to their preferences. This form should be returned to the National Committee by May 18th, 2004. Thereafter, accommodation requests will be processed according to the availability of the hotel network at São Paulo, and the special rates published here cannot be guaranteed.

Rooms will be assigned according to the order in which forms are received. The National Committee will take into consideration the preferences of delegations whenever possible.

In the case of the Holiday Inn Parque Anhembi, located in the same complex as the Convention Center, assignment of the 26 suites will only be done after the National Committee receives information on the logistical needs related to the participation of Heads of State in the Conference.

Reservations can be made without indicating names. After the assignment of hotels by the National Committee, delegations will contact them for payment arrangements.
