The report, prepared by a national consultant with the support of an international expert, must present a diagnosis of the current legislation.  It will contain recommendations on the changes that are required in the law and its regulations in terms of promoting competition.

It will also aim at improving the current legal framework with a view to strengthening the promotion and protection of competition by COPROCOM.  This activity will come to an end in 2005 with the preparation of the activity report.
