The studies will be prepared by national consultants. In addition, the El Salvador Project Management Committee will provide continuous assistance in terms of the methodology and basic criteria for the studies.
At the end of the activity, it is expected to have available a document that compiles the five studies on anti-competitive practices to be disseminated and be used as a basis for investigations by the relevant authorities, especially, the future Competition Superintendence to be established in El Salvador following the recent adoption of the competition legislation.
