The Committee of the Whole is established by the Conference to consider and report on the specific substantive items referred to it by the Plenary. In particular, it will complete the Conference text and meet, as required, from the afternoon of Monday, 14 June 2004 to Friday morning, 18 June 2004. Meetings of the Committee of the Whole are private.
