The roundtable will focus on the role of financing, especially through foreign direct investment, in building ICT infrastructure and capabilities, and on how to stimulate financing for ICT development in Africa. The aim is to contribute to the discussion on how to improve the dissemination of ICT in Africa in order to promote the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals.
