Panel IV | The role of the judiciary in competition law enforcement
Role of the judge in the enforcement competition law; standard of proofs; sanctions and remedies, and appeal procedures.

Context

This panel will address the role of the judge in the enforcement of the competition law and focus on (i) standard of proof, (ii) sanctions and remedies, (iii) appeal procedures. This discussion will also draw on the consultations to be held under the round table on the role of economic analysis.

Delegates are invited to submit written communications on this topic, share their experiences during the discussions, and provide the meeting with relevant material which is already publicly available. Delegates wishing to make a structured intervention during the round table are invited to inform the Secretariat.
