The Secretariat will circulate a draft proposal for the improvement and the extension of the scope of the UN Set of Principles on Competition Policy for their consideration.

An opportunity will be provided for delegates to discuss the first text during a plenary session as well as in smaller break-out groups. The revised text taken into account delegates views and comments will be submitted to the following plenary sessions for further discussions and adoption during the closing plenary on Friday 18th November.
